Its main products include high-gloss paint-free PMMA alloy series, ASA series, and thermoplastic elastomer TPV series plastic particles. The company operates 18 production lines, reaching a production scale of 60,000 tons per year. COPT utilizes Siemens control systems, imported precision twin-screw extruders, and an automatic small ingredients batching system, all monitored dynamically by a central control system to ensure precision in the manufacturing process. The company has also introduced advanced analytical equipment such as German NETZSCH thermal analyzers and capillary rheometers, as well as Japanese Shimadzu infrared spectrometers, for product performance analysis and monitoring. COPT’s materials have been recognized or adopted by major OEMS including Mercedes-Benz, General Motors North America, Volkswagen, Ford, Volvo, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, SAIC Motor, GAC Group, Geely, Changan, and Great Wall. Additionally, new energy vehicle brands such as BYD, NIO, XPeng, Li Auto, Huawei SERES, and Xiaomi have also adopted materials provided by COPT.
